After receipt of a customer's request for a figurine to be air flown in at short notice for a music party event in Singapore, and due to the fragile nature of the cargo, careful planning and packing required, we activated our team to collect this at origin, custom made a crate and ensure that this figurine was sufficiently packed and ready to be exported by air all within a Sunday. After the party had ended in the wee hours of the morning, we assisted in moving the figurine into a safe place for transportation to client’s place the next day.
